I like the composition of the blocked elements. This reminds me of architecture school, we had to do a "15 design elements of composition project" that had different composition techniques that were to be expressed in black and white forms with simple shapes, circles, squares, triangles. The goal was to to take out the extraneous stuff and focus on the composition.

This is nice because it adds a level of dimensionality (sp) although with some dynamics with the angle and perspective. It might be good to start looking at it with a third shade, a gray or something to see if might aid the depth of the piece, or even start to blur the lines in the distance. Also a suggestion would be to vary the line widths, giving some elements thinner lines and others more prominence. Right now with the perspective it leads the eye toward that upper left corner which is empty.

I very much enjoy looking at the composition!
