My Bio
Hello everyone!

Thank you for taking the time to read this post - I *REALLY* appreciate it!

I just wanted to make another announcement about the world we are creating at Castle Fire Games.

Namely, "Koraiya Online."

First, I should explain who "Castle Fire Games" is exactly.

We are a small indie game development studio.

Legally, we are "Castle Fire Games LLC."

We have a small team of 7 for now, but we are all working very hard and with a lot of passion on our first project, "Koraiya Online."

"Koraiya Online" itself is a "Steampunk Fantasy" Online Role Playing Game.

Humans have crashed their giant AetherCraft, "The Eden Star," into the planet "Koraiya."

The Steampunk technology they have brought with them into this magical world of Elves, Merry Folk, and Orcs have upset the natural order and the balance of power.

Now Humans are caught between a war of two factions, one of which you as a player will side with, and will help determine the balance of power server wide.

Our ultimate goal is to make Koraiya Online lightweight enough where mobile platforms can handle it.

So we have implemented combat to be turn-based and instanced.

Think of "X-Com meets Final Fantasy Tactics."

Additionally, as a **fantastic** milestone; at of the beginning of this month (October), our internal test server went online and we are scripting in it as we speak!

If you are curious about the technology, it is the same game engine, middleware & back-end, and servers that Star Wars: The Old Republic, Elder Scrolls Online, and a dozen others are currently using.

For old school Pen and Paper Role Playing Gamers - have no fear! The entire game is written based on dice mechanics. NO conversions necessary whatsoever!

Upon release, Koraiya Online will be free. Additionally, backers will receive the PnP RPG version for free in watermarked .pdf!

Which leads to... as of a few days ago, our Patreon page went live! =D

Please have a look! I really hope I sparked some interest with that *very* brief synopsis...

We truly and humbly appreciate everyone's consideration and look forward to more chats with you all in the world of Koraiya!

Do you think some people pureposely hide behind the term "artistic expression" to justify overly blatent perversion or lack of talent with impunity?

Yes. Anyone who has basic common sense can tell there is an extremely obvious difference between pornography and artistic nudity. Anyone can take a dump in the toilet and call it “art,” but it doesn’t make it so.
Neither. Both sides of the issue are simultaneously too extreme yet are justifiable in each of their views.
No. Everything is art and must not be judged negatively in any way by anyone. If you don’t like it, don’t look at it. When we start censoring expression, we also lose authority of “personal choice.”

Art hates me...

Art hates me… Oh yes, it certainly does. It snickers and jeers at me – laughingly pointing a finger at me and screaming "HAAA HAHahahahaha!!! Look what you CAN'T do!!" I have tried, and I have tried… and failed repeatedly. I just can't draw. For the past two and a half decades I have simply resigned myself to being a voyeur – green with righteous envy and spiteful jealousy at all the wonderfully talented artists that seem to surround me everywhere. You BASTARDS!! I want some of your talent DAMMIT!! But this is a new day. This is the day I give into the fact that I will never be as good as I want to be, but I will
